We’ve tried something different this year for our Spring Show, mainly prompted by the unpredictability of daffodils over the last few years which was the mainstay of the show. It gives us the opportunity however to try a new format.
The new look show will be a mixture of competition, demonstrations and opportunities to have a go at something you may have never tried before, such as flower arranging or growing your own vegetables.
We still have the plant stall and the amazing tea, coffee and cake but we also have a seed swap, so bring along any you have left over and swap for something new to try and grow this year!
If you want to try and grow your own veg, you don’t need a garden, just a suitable container such as a large pot or a grow bag. We will provide the pots, compost and seeds, and help you plant them to get you started!
Do come and join us and support your local gardening club. No prior entry or experience required, just turn up.
Saturday 12 April 2-5pm Froyle Village Hall.
